Phase 1

One-to-One

Behind every great idea is a human being trying to keep it all together.
This coaching process helps you slow down, reconnect, and find clarity so you can lead, create, and innovate without burning out.

Phase 2

Group Program

A six-week online program that complements From the Ground Up. Follow a clear framework to reflect on what matters, envision what’s next, and take inspired action—all in a space that nurtures creativity and flow. After six weeks, you’ll have a solid foundation, a personal blueprint, and tools to keep designing a life you love.

Phase 3

In-Person Retreat

To stay aligned with your vision, sometimes you need to step away.
These in-person retreats offer space in nature to disconnect from routine, reconnect with yourself, and embody your growth. Through guided practices and rest, you’ll integrate your transformation and return renewed, clear, and inspired.

No, coaching is nothing like therapy. A coach is not:

• Trained to diagnose a client

• Prescribe medication

• Advise you on what to do

A coach IS someone that:

• Creates a safe space for you to share anything you want to share

• Ensures your well-being above all things

• Walks with you as you uncover new things about you!

• Listens to you and serves as your sounding board

• Holds you accountable, helping you achieve your goals faster than you would on your own

There are different types of coaches. For example, a sports coach WILL tell you what to do. He/she knows the sport and KNOWS what is best for the specific situation. There are also business coaches; like sport coaches they WILL give you tips on how to grow and develop your business. You also executive coaches and career coaches. Their purpose is to guide and provide support for those concerns. They DO NOT tell you what to do. At Innovision coaching we have: • Solution-focused coaches help you stay focused on possible solutions, and we do so by using Design Thinking methodology to encourage you to stay connected to the creative person inside you

• Executive coaches are here to support either newly appointed executives who are struggling with a new role or executives who want to improve their leadership style, either at home or at work

• Innovation coaches are specifically trained to teach methods that help speed up innovation, not just for one project, but as a team, creating benefits for the organization

• Coaches for innovators are trained to work with, well, innovators: those who already know the relevant methodologies and need a push or a space to get unstuck. These coaches speak the language innovators speak.

Of course! In fact, many of our clients have had coaching previously. These days, they come to us only when they feel they need a little push, some clarity or have to make tough decisions. These types of clients already KNOW the coaching process and can quickly come in for a session and walk away with solutions, plans and the satisfaction of knowing they are ready to face the challenge OR make the change.

It is mainly about mindset. Since childhood we have learnt how to behave, think and survive. However, what is not taught is that as we grow, our personality develops. Sometimes, what we were taught is no longer in alignment with whom we’ve become. Coaching helps you define what matters to you, without expectations or judgement or influence. A coach will never tell you what to do; a coach will shine the light on where an opportunity exists -- one that you may not see right away. Most important, having a coach helps you stay focused and purposeful.
